Polyguard II Shield

This plexiglass cover helps to keep dust contained within the dome instead of drifting around the lab where it can be inhaled. The dust collector port in the back sucks up any dust inside the dome.

Downdraft Workstation

A step up from the Polyguard II, the Downdraft Shield has its dust collector port at the bottom, with a magnet to modify the suction and wrist pads on either side of the suction port. With the same plexiglass dome as the Polyguard, it’s great for keeping dust contained before it’s collected safely.

Splash Hood with Light

This is an excellent dust collection device for anyone working with lathes, with a suction port at the back and a bin at the bottom to collect coarse dust. The Splash Hood keeps the large amount of dust created by lathes on the inside, while an in-built LED illuminates the inside working space of the dome.

Flex Hose Kit 

This flexible, mountable suction hose is great for collecting dust in more open working spaces. The length is adjustable by links on the hose itself. The Flex Shut-Off Valve can be bought separately, and is a manual system to stop the suction of the Flex Hose. The valve slots into the base of the hose.

Voyager with Accumulator 

The Voyager is a multi-speed dust collector that is great when there are multiple dust-producing stations within a lab. On the inside is a port where users can add additional filtration, such as odor filters or high-efficiency particulate absorbing (HEPA) filters. Additional filtration on the outside is an option too. It also has a remote port that enables it to be turned on remotely. The Voyager comes with the Accumulator, a cyclone pre-filter that separates all the dust before it reaches a bucket at the bottom, which is easily accessible via the side panels of the Voyager. The Accumulator itself is 99.9% efficient with all metals, and perfect for users reclaiming gold. Clean air is filtered out the top of the device. It can be integrated into any dust collecting system, and will help conserve motor life and filter bags.

StoneVac II

This is a unit for high-volume dust collection. On the inside is a high-quality hospital grade HEPA filtration system, capable of filtering particles down to 0.3 microns, which includes things like viruses and bacteria. A tray on the inside makes disposal easy. The cleaning feature is a high-frequency shaker motor, which causes the debris and dust to fall into the tray for collection.

Muffler

Vaniman dust collectors are the quietest on the market, but some users still wish to control the noise further, especially around the intake area of filters and collectors. This small detachable muffler helps to dampen excess noise, can be fitted to any system, and is very inexpensive.

Problast II

This two-tank sandblaster is great for multiple applications, and perfect for any sandblasting needs. It will take 50-100 micron materials, and the extra large easy-fill tanks will hold up to 1.8kg of media. A bright LED lights up the working space inside the cabinet. It has two handpieces and is foot pedal controlled. There are also different sizes and varieties so users can tailor a model to their needs.
