RootEX® instruments is a new and patented system that makes possible to remove root fragments safely, quickly and without any additional surgical intervention. 2 Step system is a Drill and then Extract: Step 1 - Drill

Perforating the root fragment using the rootEX® drill at the lowest possible speed (contra-angle handpiece).

Step 2 - Extract

The corresponding plug is pressed into the predrilled hole, by using the forceps, in order to remove the root fragment.
